Frequently Asked Questions:

When is Open Enrollment?
Open Enrollment begins Monday, November 2, 2020 and ends November 13, 2020. Do not wait! Complete your enrollment as soon as possible.
Are we having Open Enrollment Meetings this year?
Due to Covid restrictions, we are not hosting in person Open Enrollment Meetings this year. You can view Open Enrollment presentations on our Open Enrollment Website.

The website provides all of the information you need to explore your options and even has the link to Paycom where you will go when you are ready to complete your enrollment.
What if I do not have access to a computer?
Open enrollment is accessible on the Paycom app (iOS, Android). We will also have 2 computers setup for employees to use. The computers are located in Group Rooms A & B in the main office area.
What if I forgot my Paycom password?
First try resetting your password by using the “Forgot Username or Password” feature on the Paycom login screen. If that does not work, contact HR directly:
Emily Geller: 216-714-0061
Melissa Gutowitz: 216-714-0035
Do I need to complete enrollment if I want to keep my benefit selections the same?
Yes. All employees are required to complete enrollment between Monday, November 2, 2020 and Friday, November 13, 2020.
Can I change my benefit elections if I change my mind throughout the year?
There must be a qualifying event in order to make changes to your plan or enroll in benefits outside of the enrollment period. A qualifying event is a change in your life situation, such as the birth of a baby, marriage, divorce, or spouse’s loss of coverage. That is why it is critical to complete your enrollment during our Open Enrollment Period:
Monday, November 2nd through Friday, November 13th.
